Multi-Site Charity Retail Manager

St Teresa’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and develop the charity shops and warehouse operations across Tees Valley. The role is predominantly mobile (approximately 80%), with base at the retail shop and travel between sites.

You will motivate shop managers, oversee stock and income targets, work with the e-commerce officer to promote activity, manage Gift Aid processes and take responsibility for the department’s budget.
