Site Manager

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands medium sized house builders. They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an ongoing 900 unit social housing development in Derry City.

Packages can vary but the base salary will be between £50-55k plus Van & Fuel

Requirements

• Site Management Safety Pass & 1st Aid Training
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team
• Experience in apartment block projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing leadership and showing ability to develop.
