SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant – Inspire and Support 11–19

Smile Education are supporting The Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in recruiting an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their school in Tamworth.

This role supports pupils aged 11–19 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a vibrant, inclusive environment. You will work alongside teaching staff, SLT, in-house specialists and therapy teams to promote progress and independence.
