University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two bank Switchboard Operators for Worthing Hospital (and possibly St Richard’s Hospital) to join a 24/7, 365-day service. You will handle high-volume calling and connect internal teams efficiently.
Ideal candidates have excellent telephone manners and proven customer service skills, with GCSE English and good keyboard skills. Training will be provided, and shifts include day, late and night rotations to cover varied hours.
