Frontline Social Worker – Wellbeing & Independence Hub

Reading Borough Council is seeking a Social Worker for the Advice and Wellbeing Hub to deliver short-term, meaningful interventions to adults and carers, empowering independence, wellbeing, and brighter futures.

You will complete strengths-based Care Act assessments, undertake Mental Capacity assessments, coordinate best-interest decisions, manage safeguarding enquiries, and provide clear information and guidance to people in their own homes.
