Complex Care Healthcare Assistant — 24/7 Support & Training

THORNBURY Community Services is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant for a female client in Bromyard, Hereford. Duties include supporting complex health needs at home, enabling independence and participation in activities while maintaining safety and dignity.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, including therapy and nursing staff, to provide compassionate, person-centered care and help the client live a fulfilling life within her community.
