Referral Co-ordinator: Shape Child & Family Support

Starting Point, Derbyshire’s leading front door service, is seeking Referral Co-ordinators to assess requests for intervention and determine the appropriate support needed. The role is office-based with a focus on telephone communication and collaboration with partner agencies across Derbyshire.

There are three fixed-term posts: 37 hours for maternity cover, 37 hours for 12 months, and 18 hours 30 minutes for maternity cover.
