What will you be doing?Supporting the manufacture and introduction of electrical productsWorking closely with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processesReviewing engineering information to ensure products can be manufactured effectivelySupporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering changesCreating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, drawings and Bills of MaterialsIdentifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and production processesWorking with Design, Production, Purchasing and Quality teams to deliver projects successfullyProviding technical support and guidance to colleagues across the business

Where will you be doing it?You’ll be joining an established engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of electrical control systems and bespoke panel solutions. The business continues to invest in its people, processes and manufacturing capability, offering an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to develop their career within a production-focused environment.

What will you need?Electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environmentUnderstanding of electrical drawings, schematics or control systemsExperience with control panels, switchgear, automation or similar electrical systems would be beneficialA good understanding of manufacturing processes and how products move from design into productionAbility to work with different teams including production, design and qualityA proactive approach with good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
