Senior Care Assistant urgently required to join a welcoming 13-bed care home in Magherafelt, delivering high-quality nursing and dementia care.

This position involves a mixture of day shifts and sleepover shifts, with flexibility required to work on a rota basis between Monday and Sunday.
Medication refresher training will be provided prior to your start date, if required.
Pay Rates:
? £15.50 £20.00 per hour, depending on the shift worked
? £75.00 per sleepover shift
Your Role:
? Administer medication during medication rounds
? Supervise and support Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
? Provide person-centred personal care and support to residents
? Update, implement, and monitor individual care plans
? Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
? Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to ensure excellent standards of care
What We Need From You
- 6 Months previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
- Medication trained before starting the role (essential)
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
