Programme & Community Development Lead (Hybrid)

AWD online is seeking a Programme Manager / Community Development Manager with a strong commitment to racial justice and experience working with Black and Racially Minoritised communities in the VCSE sector across the South West.

The role delivers practical support across organisational development, fundraising, governance, strategy, stakeholder engagement and peer learning, while collaborating with colleagues to strengthen capacity, sustainability and influence for partner organisations.
