Hybrid Collections Advisor — No Evenings or Weekends

Capita in Preston is hiring for a Collections Advisor on a permanent basis. The role is 37.5 hours weekly with Monday–Friday shifts, 9:00–17:30, with a hybrid option after competency is achieved.

You will support customers in financial difficulty, offer viable payment options, and ensure compliant collections practices. The team size is around 12, with dedicated coaching and development support.
