Senior People & Culture Leader — Hospital Operations

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced senior people leader to guide strategic workforce priorities across culture, development and staff wellbeing. You will work closely with clinical, operational and corporate leaders to deliver safe, compassionate care.

The role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term or secondment, with responsibility for portfolio governance and deputising for the Chief People and Culture Officer when required.
