Housing Major Works Project Manager – Hybrid (On-site 1–2 days)

Carrington West is recruiting for a Major Works Project Manager in North London on a 3-month contract with a view to extension. The role involves leading housing capital works across high-rise buildings, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery. Hybrid working 1–2 days in office, with a daily rate of £445 (Inside IR35).

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage consultants and procurement, and ensure projects stay on budget and meet Building Safety requirements.
