24/7 Tech Support Engineer – Hybrid (Swindon)

Edenred PayTech is hiring a Frontline Technical Support Engineer to join our 24/7 Service Operations team in Swindon. The role provides rapid technical response, monitoring, and first-line restoration of service to ensure stability across PayTech systems.

You will be the first escalation point for live issues, investigate root causes, and work with Problem Management to prevent reoccurrence, while training and coaching peers to uphold operational excellence.
