Co-Pack Operations Manager (Day Shift)

Culina Group, IPS division, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee Co-pack operations at the Great Bear site in Rugby. The role is Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00, full-time, with accountability for meeting planned volumes and commercial targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will model best practice, drive cost savings, and support site operations. A strong focus on GMP, hygiene, and continuous improvement is essential to success in this role.
