Specialist I
This is a great entry point for someone with a strong service mindset who’s ready to grow into a tech-focused role within a professional legal environment.
Requirements:
- Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience
- Previous exposure to tech or technical support is a plus
What we’re looking for: A candidate who is personable, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people. We can teach the technical side — what matters most is a service-first attitude and the professionalism to represent a leading law firm.
Specialist II
They are also seeking a Specialist II to join the firm too, bringing a blend of technical know-how and strong client-facing skills.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of prior technical/tech support experience
- Prior experience in a law firm setting is a plus
What we’re looking for: Someone comfortable troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach suited to a leading law firm environment. Familiarity with the pace and expectations of legal work is a bonus but not essential.
