Overview

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Senior Site Managers to be based in London for a leading main contractor specialising in both New Build and Refurbishment projects.

The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for delivering one of 2 projects:

• £13 million New Build Commercial Office
• £6 million Complex Cut and Carve Grade 2 Listed Building

Responsibilities

• Full site management
• Man‑management of sub‑contracts and direct employees
• Health & Safety coordination
• Covering sites across London
• Fit‑Out, Refurbishment, Main Contracting experience
• SMSTS certification
• Managed projects above £4 million
• Tendering experience
• High‑end residential, Education, commercial, Healthcare experience

Qualifications / Requirements

• Background of working for a Main Contractor, Fit‑Out or Refurbishment contractor
• Full site management experience
• Health & Safety knowledge and implementation
• Experience managing sub‑contractors
• SMSTS or equivalent training
• Track record of successfully managing projects above £4 million
• Tendering experience
• Experience in High‑end residential, Education, commercial or Healthcare sectors
