Head of HR Systems & Workday Strategy — Hybrid

Michael Page is recruiting for a Head of HR Systems to lead and optimise HR technology across a multi-site Leisure/Retail business in the UK. The role is based in Derbyshire with a 2 days in the office and 3 from home pattern, reporting to senior HR leadership.

You will drive the HR systems strategy, manage vendor relationships, ensure data protection compliance and lead training across HR and related teams.
