Regional Healthcare Training Coach – Induction & Development

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across a defined region, including Banbury, Tewkesbury, Malvern and Oxford. The role is home-based with regional travel to multiple care homes and hospitals, supporting staff to work person-centredly and compassionately.

You will coordinate training calendars, supervise training records and ensure alignment with Barchester objectives, driving staff capability and performance.
