Job Description:
Northumberland County Council is seeking a female Support Worker for Wansbeck Supported Living Service, Hatfield Chase, Bedlington, to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours of concern, helping them live independently and stay connected with family and the community.
You will work to a monthly rolling rota including early, late and night shifts, with a focus on dignity, safety and promoting quality of life.
