Experienced site and project managers are required asap for Central London sites,for a leading groundwork/structural alternations/cut and carve subcontractor.
Duties are typical according to the roles:
- Leading on-site activities
- Manage subcontractors and offer liaison between respective trades
- Assist in the delivery of works to programme time, budget and completion
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to and met
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike
- Oversee performance targets and quality control
- Identify, assess and action risks and opportunities
- Administer contracts and cash flow to final handover
- Act as commercial and contractual point of contact to clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular reviews into performance, standards, progress and budget
Applicants are required to have proven, solid experience working in a relevant specialistgroundwork/structural alternationsenvironment, as a subcontractor on large scale commercial projects.
In addition, excellent organisational and communication – written and oral – skills are required along with first-rate leadership qualities.
