Commercial Director, UK Development – Hands-On QS Leader

Y. T. REALTY GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Commercial Director to take full ownership of end-to-end commercial management across London’s development projects, from land feasibility to final account settlement.

This hands-on, board-level role requires a solid QS background, 10+ years in UK commercial management, and proven leadership of lean teams. You will report to the Group Chairman and shape procurement, cost control, and contract strategy across the portfolio.
