Nightshift Healthcare Assistant – Palliative Home Care

St Clare Hospice’s Community Hospice Services seeks a Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to deliver compassionate overnight care to patients in their homes across West Essex and East Hertfordshire. You will work with families, respond to changing needs, and escalate to nurses when required.

The role emphasizes autonomy, secure record-keeping, and safety practices, with training and support from the multidisciplinary team. A NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
