Job Description:
The National Trust for Scotland is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department at The Mackintosh Tearooms, Glasgow. You will supervise staff, oversee menu preparation, and maintain high quality and freshness of desserts and pastries within a safe, hygienic environment.
You will report to the Head Chef and collaborate with the VSM F&B to deliver excellent dining experiences across tea rooms, private dining and events, ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction.
