Apprentice Customer Service Officer (4-Dept Rotation)

Brighton & Hove City Council in Hove is offering an apprenticeship as an Apprentice Parking Officer. You will earn while you learn and gain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

You will rotate across four departments within the Customer Service area at Hove Town Hall and support blue badge, concessionary travel, permits, and debt recovery work, as well as our PCN team. The programme runs up to 17 months with mentoring, online workshops, and study time.
