Telford and Wrekin Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism team. You will manage a caseload of adults, delivering strengths-based assessments, support planning, safeguarding interventions, and reviews to promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
As part of the role you will collaborate with statutory, voluntary and community partners, attend peer reviews, maintain records, and provide guidance to colleagues.
