Graduate Career Coach – Change Lives in the Community

Red 5 People is seeking a graduate or early-career candidate for a community-based role in the Ealing area. You will support vulnerable individuals with CVs, interview prep, and job searching, while building relationships with local employers to create opportunities.

You’ll work with NHS teams, Jobcentres and partners, managing your own diary and caseload in a flexible, field-based setting. This is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, with no home working.
