Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across our regional homes, including Witney, Chipping Norton, and Jersey. The role includes travel every six weeks to Jersey for four days, with paid travel and accommodation.
The successful candidate will train staff to be confident, compassionate, and person-centred, contributing to the ongoing delivery of Good and Outstanding care.
