Community Adult Nurse: Complex Care & 24/7 Support

Thornbury Community Services is seeking adult nurses to support individuals with complex health needs in their home and community in Bromyard, Herefordshire. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during day and night shifts.

The role goes beyond clinical tasks; you will build trust with individuals and families, facilitate safe environments, and help clients access social activities, with collaboration from private therapists and a 2:1 HCA support.
