Maintenance Surveyor – South Wales & Powys (Car Allowance)

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Regional Maintenance Surveyor to cover care services across South Wales and Powys. The role focuses on estate management, condition surveys and planned maintenance for around 12 care homes, reporting to the Director of Property Management.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Building/Estates Surveying or Construction Management qualification, have 5+ years post-qualification experience, and be able to work remotely or with a team.
