Assistant Manager: Lead Pub Team & Guest Experience

St Austell Brewery is seeking an Assistant Manager for Samuel Jones in Exeter. You will motivate a team of passionate people and support, and occasionally step in for, the General Manager to keep the pub delivering great experiences.

You’ll oversee front and back of house during busy periods, ensure superb customer service, maintain health and safety standards, and drive a high-quality food offering while developing your leadership path toward GM. Excellent training awaits.
