Competition Litigation Paralegal

A specialist disputes practice is seeking a Paralegal with at least two years’ legal experience to support lawyers on complex competition and commercial litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes within a highly regarded team.

Description

• Support lawyers on a range of competition and commercial litigation matters
• Assist with disclosure exercises and document review projects
• Manage and organise large volumes of case documentation
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Prepare court bundles and hearing materials
• Draft correspondence and procedural documents
• Assist with witness evidence and trial preparation
• Coordinate with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
• Maintain matter files and case management systems
• Track deadlines and key litigation milestones
• Prepare document summaries and chronologies
• Provide wider case support across active matters

Profile

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Paralegal
• Previous litigation or dispute resolution experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience reviewing and analysing legal documentation
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines
• Proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
