Children in Care Social Worker – Flexible 9-Day Fortnight

Essex County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Social Worker to join the Children in Care team in West Essex, based in Harlow. This permanent, full-time role offers a nine-day working fortnight and a competitive salary of £36,124 to £51,834 per annum, with progression to ASYE after initial period.

You will work with children and young people up to 18, visiting placements, developing permanency plans, and supporting families to secure positive outcomes in care journeys.
