HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Band 6 SCPHN School Nurse to join BaNES Child and Family Public Health Service. The role is based at Paulton Memorial Hospital, part‑time (30 hours per week), delivering high‑quality school health care and the 5‑19 Healthy Child Programme to reduce health inequalities and safeguard children.

You will lead health care support and provide health advice, working with partners to ensure early universal access to information and services.
