Sales Assistant – £27,109.31

Store Location: Sheffield

Full‑time – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones and services.
• Help customers find the right solutions, meet sales targets and support promotional events.
• Maintain store displays, manage stock, keep the store clean, tidy, and aligned with the iSmash brand.
• Apply screen protectors, complete basic phone cleaning, assist with device check‑ins and handovers.
• Submit daily standards reports, track sales, and co‑sign returns to the warehouse.
• Handle transactions, follow up with customers and ensure every interaction is a positive one.
