CPCS/NPORS Dumper/Roller driver

Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller qualifications for an immediate start in Ollerton, Newark-on-Trent, NG22.

You will be working with an experienced site team, you will carry out a variety of groundworks duties while operating Dumper and Roller machinery to support daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks
• Safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller as required
• Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
• Supporting plant operators and the wider site team
• Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any defects
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper qualification
• Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Ride-on Roller qualification
• Previous experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
• Full PPE
• Two recent work references
• Up-to-date CV
• Own transport is preferred due to the site location
