Head Chef & Culinary Training Lead

Nottingham College is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operation of our Realistic Working Environment, delivering high-quality food and outstanding practical training to students across hospitality programmes.

You will lead a professional kitchen, plan menus, manage stock and budget, ensure Health & Safety and HACCP compliance, and collaborate with lecturers, assessors, curriculum teams and industry partners to create engaging learning experiences.
