Rail Customer Service Assistant — Training, Perks & Development

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for EMT operations at St. Pancras Station. You will be part of a team delivering onboard catering services, with duties spanning stock handling, order assembly and safety compliance in a busy rail environment.

The role requires working full-time (40 hours) with rotational shifts between 5am and 11pm, including some weekends, at St. Pancras. Training will be provided for platform truck driving and health and safety protocols.
