Main duties of the job The job holder will provide support, dedicated time, and encouragement to service users, promoting their recovery and helping them maintain meaningful roles within the wider community and work closely with the FACT Clinical Lead to implement recovery-focused care plans for an allocated caseload of service users, ensuring that they engage positively with their agreed care plans and access appropriate services on a regular and consistent basis. A key aspect of the role is promoting independent living and empowering service users to achieve their personal goals within the community and to contribute to developing strong therapeutic relationships based on attentiveness, sensitivity, understanding, compassion, and honesty, enabling effective engagement and support. Additionally, assist in developing plans that provide practical support to service users and their carers, helping to maintain dignity, independence, and an improved quality of life.
