Regional Maintenance Surveyor – South Wales & Powys (Car Allowance)

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Regional Maintenance Surveyor to oversee estate management for South Wales and Powys, covering around 12 care homes. The role reports to the Director of Property Management and requires delivering condition surveys, maintenance planning and compliance across multiple sites.

You will lead on tender documentation, supervise works, and coordinate budgets and health & safety protocols with statutory bodies. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
