Tempest Resourcing Ltd, recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in the Sutton area, seeks MAPA-trained Learning Support Assistants for a September 2026 start on a temp-to-perm basis. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs and SEMH presentations.
The role requires MAPA training (or equivalent), experience with autism or challenging behaviours, and physical stamina for active support and personal care. DBS on Update Service is preferred.
