Hybrid: Customer Retention & Support Advisor

Eakin Healthcare Group is seeking a Customer Retention & Support Advisor for its UK service operations in Peterborough. This role focuses on dispensing and advising for ostomy, continence, and related products, ensuring high levels of customer care and ongoing support.

You will report to the Care Centre Manager and aim to exceed customer expectations with safe, timely service and a friendly, professional approach. Blended home/office shifts are available and total hours amount to 38 per week.
