Senior Theatre Support Worker – Perioperative Care & Growth

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Theatre Support Worker for our countywide service. You will join a 7‑day, 24‑hour theatre team, providing patient‑centred perioperative care, circulating for the scrub team, and supporting junior staff.

The role requires 12 months peri‑operative experience, completion of the care certificate, and flexibility to work early, late, night shifts and on‑calls across hospital sites.
