Lead Occupational Therapist – Mental Health (9-12m FTC)

Cygnet Health Care in Godden Green, Sevenoaks, seeks an experienced Head Occupational Therapist for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead a small OT team, deliver individual and group therapy, and work within a multidisciplinary team to apply our clinical model from admission to discharge.

The role requires HCPC registered OT with strong communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for high-quality, patient-centred care in mental health settings.
