Lighthouse Pedagogy Trust is seeking a Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 5-bed children’s home in Banstead, opening Autumn 2026. You’ll shape the home’s identity, recruit and develop a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.
