Mental Health Law Practitioner (14-Month, On-Site)

CYGNET is seeking a Mental Health Law Practitioner to support compliance with the Mental Health Act 1983 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. The role is based on site in Salford Lodge, full-time for 14 months, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include detention processes, record keeping, and attending ward rounds and CPA meetings, with an emphasis on rights and legal procedures for detained patients.
