Delivery & Collections Operations Lead

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting a Collection & Delivery Manager at PFW London East Local Depot in Beckton. You will lead a team of 12 warehouse and admin staff, drive KPI performance, health and safety, and ensure quality of service while resolving customer enquiries.

The role is 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday 13:00–21:00 with occasional Saturdays; a London location allowance applies and a potential bonus up to 15%. Closing date 5 August.
