Avolon M&E is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to deliver a fast-paced retail refurbishment in Southampton. You will oversee day-to-day site operations on a live project with a 7-week programme starting 18th August, coordinating delivery, safety, and subcontractors to keep the works on programme.

Responsibilities include managing specialist subcontractors, ensuring H&S compliance, liaising with the Project Manager and main contractor, and driving handover to project close.
