Senior Human Factors Lead — Rail & Nuclear (Hybrid)

CPC Project Services is seeking a Principal Consultant / Associate Director in Human Factors for rail or nuclear programmes. The role requires leading HF projects, delivering HF integration, and supporting business growth with clients and stakeholders.

You will work across regulated sectors, manage technical workstreams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to advancing CPC’s HF methodologies while developing client relationships. Hybrid working options available in London, Manchester, or Derby.
