Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
- Process payroll adjustments, including holiday pay, sick pay, and other statutory payments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as required.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from clients and employees promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system updates and improvements.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior payroll staff where necessary.
